Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not show signs of damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
• Products returned after the 15-day return period.
• Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order details.
• Clear photos of the item received.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

After verification, Elite Dudes will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer only within 7–10 business days after the return has been approved.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be processed via bank transfer.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns or exchanges.
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Elite Dudes, we will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
